Role Overview

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Agronomist to join our team. The Agronomist will play a key role in optimizing crop production, providing expert advice to farmers, and implementing innovative agricultural techniques.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct field trials and research to improve crop yields, soil quality, and farming techniques.

Provide guidance on crop selection, planting, irrigation, fertilization, and pest control methods.

Collaborate with farmers to develop and implement crop management plans tailored to their specific needs.

Offer technical support and training to farmers on modern agricultural practices and technologies.

Monitor and analyze agricultural data to identify trends and recommend strategies for improvement.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Agronomy, Agriculture, or related field will be an added advantage.

Proven experience in agronomy, crop management, or agricultural consultancy.

Strong knowledge of crop science, soil health, irrigation, and pest management.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.

Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
