Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrator and Logistics Coordinator to join our team. We are a reputable company based on the Copperbelt.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate labour involved in all planned company activities.
Manage purchase, inventory and material usage.
Maintain accurate staff and operational records.
Ensure effective communication is maintained, internally and with external stake holders.
Analyze operational data to ensure efficiency and cost effectiveness.
Qualifications
Tertiary qualification from recognized institution.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Proactive work approach
Relevant proven experience in business administration or logistics operations.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
