We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Documents Supervisor to join our warehouse team.
Position Overview:
Job Summary:
The Administrative Supervisor is responsible for overseeing administrative tasks and managing staff within the Administration Department of the company. This role ensures smooth and efficient office operations by enforcing policies, coordinating activities, managing budgets, and maintaining records.
Key Responsibilities
Staff Management: Supervise departmental staff in their daily tasks; conduct interviews, provide training, evaluate performance, and take disciplinary actions as necessary.
Policy Implementation: Enforce company policies and procedures to ensure compliance and efficiency.
Goal Setting: Plan, set, and implement departmental goals and deadlines.
Coordination: Facilitate collaboration within the department and with other teams and departments.
Budgeting: Manage departmental budgets and oversee office expenses.
Purchasing: Procure office supplies, equipment, and computers as required.
Record Keeping: Organise and maintain company records for easy retrieval and compliance.
Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports, including expense and budget reports.
Communication: Communicate job expectations clearly, appraise staff performance, and provide necessary guidance and support.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Minimum age requirement: 27 years and above.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar supervisory administrative role.
- Bachelor’s degree or certificate in Business Administration, Management, or any related field.
- Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in office management software and systems.
- Ability to multitask, prioritise, and problem-solve effectively.
