Administration Assistant – Kitwe Office
Role Description
This role exists to offer administration support to Kitwe Office by attending to customer complaints, queries, and requests. In addition, the role involves other operations tasks of capturing proposals, scanning of documents and query tracking.
Key Result Areas
- Reception Duties and HL Call Handling
- Simple Query Resolution
- Complex Query Tracking
- Scanning of policy files
- Data Cleansing
Job Requirements
- Administration/ Marketing / Public Relations Diploma/Degree
- Customer Centric- willing to go over and under for Hollard Customers and Visitors
- Passionate service provider
- Reliable who can work with minimum supervision
- Saturday is a workday and a must.
- Good communication skills and ability to communicate at all levels.
- Good selling skills.
