Job Description
Broadleaf Urban Properties is expanding, and we’re looking for passionate professionals to join us!
Kitwe Branch – Administrative Assistant (x1)
Ndola Branch – Administrative Assistant (x1)
Solwezi Branch – Administrative Assistant (x1)
Livingstone Branch – Sales and Marketing Consultant (x1)
Administrative Assistant – Key Responsibilities:
- Providing administrative support, including managing schedules, organizing meetings, and handling correspondence
- Assisting with document preparation, filing, and record-keeping
- Coordinating office activities and operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies
- Supporting procurement processes and maintaining office supply inventory
- Acting as the point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring excellent customer service
Administrative Assistant – Qualifications and Skills:
- Diploma in Business Administration or any Business-Related Course
- Grade 12 Certificate
- 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar role
- Proficiency in MS Office and Google Suite
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Sales and Marketing Consultant – Qualifications:
- Diploma in Business, Marketing, Communication, or a related field (degree is a plus)
- 1–2 years of sales experience
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
