Job Description


The Accounts Assistant Role Responsibilities outlined below;

1: Rental Collections from tenants.
2: Resolving tenant account queries.
3: Monthly Rental and Utilities Billing.
4: VAT, WHT and Rental Tax Schedules for submission to senior accountant.
5: Distribution of invoices and statements to tenants.
6: Preparation of invoices for payment.
7: Assist the centre manager with leasing documentation and KYC.
8: Filing and Archiving.
9: Other accounts and administrative duties as directed.
