Job Description
We are looking for an Accounts Administrator to oversee our company’s day-to-day accounting requirements.
The Accounts Administrator’s responsibilities include maintaining records for all transactions as well as preparing monthly and quarterly financial reports. If you have a background in Accounts or Administration and knowledge of bookkeeping activities, we’d like to meet you.
Ultimately, you will help us manage and allocate our resources effectively.
Responsibilities
Process bank deposits
Reconcile financial statements and produce periodic reports
Prepare, send and store invoices
Contact clients and send reminders to ensure timely payments
Identify and address discrepancies
Update internal accounting databases and spreadsheets
Manage accounts receivable and payable
Review and process reimbursements
Tax management
Participate in payroll processes
Requirements and skills
Proven work experience as an Accounts Administrator or similar role
Good knowledge of bookkeeping procedures and debt collection
Hands-on experience with accounting software
Working knowledge of Excel and other MS applications
Solid data entry skills with an ability to identify numerical errors
Good organizational and time-management abilities
BSc degree in Finance, Accounting or relevant field
A Valid Driving License would be advantageous.
