Summary of Key Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly account reconciliations maintenance.
• Analyse financial information and summarize financial status.
• Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings
• Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
• Compute taxes and prepare tax returns and assist in handling tax refunds
• Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements
• Prepare audit financial transactions and reports
• Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary
• Facilitate compliance with Zambian financial policies and regulations

Requirement and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in financial management, accounting and other related majors
• Familiar with accounting processing, able to organize and solve problems in accounting
• A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role
• Work with ambition and a high sense of responsibility towards work
