Job Description: We are looking for an experienced Accountant who not only excels in managing financial records but also possesses secretarial skills to support our administrative needs. The ideal candidate will be a meticulous numbers enthusiast who can effectively manage accounts, prepare financial reports, and provide administrative assistance to our team.
Responsibilities:
Accounting:
Maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable and receivable.
Reconcile bank statements and ensure financial transactions are properly documented.
Prepare financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
Assist with budget preparation and financial forecasting.
Manage payroll processing and employee expense reports.
Ensure compliance with tax regulations and assist with tax filings.
Identify opportunities for cost reduction and revenue enhancement.
Secretarial:
Provide administrative support to executives and team members.
Manage office correspondence, including emails and phone calls.
Schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations.
Assist in maintaining office organization and supplies.
Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Qualifications:
Accounting:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Proven experience as an accountant, with at least 2 years of relevant work experience.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Excel).
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Secretarial:
Previous secretarial or administrative experience is a plus.
Proficiency in office software, including Microsoft Office Suite.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Strong problem-solving abilities.
Discretion and professionalism when dealing with confidential information.
