Essential Duties and Responsibilities, include but are not limited to:

• Create vouchers for fuel, loan and any other bank account payments
• Maintaining and monitoring the Accounts Receivable process, ensuring all established company policies regarding customer cash, payments and credit memos are adhered to.
• Prepare general journal entries for petty cash or other entries, as needed
• Generate monthly reports for month-end close
• Preparation of payroll journal entries
• Assists with daily and monthly cash management
• Perform other duties as assigned

Desired Skills & Experience:

• 1-2 years of Accounts Payable or corporate accounting experience
• Data entry skills
• General math skills
• Transportation or Logistics industry knowledge a plus
• Experience with Microsoft Office a plus
• University Degree or Diploma in Accounting
