Job Description
Civacon Concepts Limited is a dynamic and progressive Zambian company expanding into renewable business solutions in Zambia through its sister company. Currently looking for highly motivated and qualified individuals for the following positions to drive the solar business.
Responsibilities
- Promoting the company’s existing brands and introducing new products to the market.
- Developing and implementing the Sales & Marketing Strategies and Budgets
- Conduct market research and analysis to evaluate trends, brand awareness and competition ventures
- Undertake Marketing campaigns, promotions, sales efforts and Brand Management
- Cultivate the customer’s interest in our products and services in ways that strengthen our reputation and facilitate our continuous growth.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in a field sales or direct selling role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers and build relationships.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to effectively balance sales activities, inventory management, and order fulfilment.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and demonstrate self-motivation and drive.
- Ability to handle physical tasks such as loading and unloading products onto the truck.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent record keeping and documentation skills
Qualifications
Full Grade 12 Certificate
Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Sales Management or its equivalent
Valid drivers License C and above
At least 2 years of experience in sales field
Sales agents who have experience in Lusaka will have preference.
