Established in 2013 in Ndola Zambia, the Company is renowned for streamlined waste Management services incorporating Mobile payment, online management and Handling of Industrial, domestic and hazardous waste.

iCare Zambia Ltd (ROJO EMS) is seeking to recruit  an ACCOUNTANT (x1) to work in Ndola, Copperbelt Province. She/he will Keep track of transactions, compile and analyze data, conduct audits, assist with budgeting and financial forecasting, compute taxes, and report their findings to management.

Duties Responsibilities:

• Supervise  all the activities of the accounting section
• Preparation of Financial statements, including Bank Reconciliation
• Record , compile and analyze the company’s Transactions using QuickBooks
• Preparation of VAT, PAYE,NAPSA, Skills Levy, and NHIMA returns
• Assist with Budget and Financial Forecasting , Internal Control Audits
• Daily and monthly reconciliation of petty cash
• Holding weekly debtors meetings
• Profitability report of all the Business Units
• Ensuring timely posting of receipts , debtors reconciliations and sending customers Statements

Requirements:

• Full Grade Twelve (12) Certificate;
• Minimum 4 years of experience as an accountant with 2 years Senior Level experience
• Minimum  Qualification (ACCA ,CA) or Equivalent
• Member of a professional accounting body
• Good Understanding of QuickBooks will be an added advantage
• Able to work comfortably in a fast paced environment

• Excellent analytical and numerical abilities
