Role overview
The Implementation Risk and compliance Lead will be responsible for Global Projects Grant Financial Management and quality assurance. You will provide expertise on budget, expenditure and compliance management to project teams, systems, tools, guidance, and reports to implement award terms and conditions, mitigate risks, promote data-led management decision making and improve the quality of accountability, in line with donor rules and regulations, VSO’s policies and procedures and volunteering for development approach.
Skills, qualifications and experience
The ideal applicant should be a fully qualified accountant(ACA, ACCA or CIMA) and have extensive global team leadership and management experience in risk and compliance management for major Donor Awards. You will have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail and work collaboratively with managers and employees at all levels.
