Job Description
- Plan and control transfer and movement of vehicles between project locations, monitoring and communication formats for it.
- Provide advice to fleet manager to meet all requests by scheduling, forecasting and surveying current user trends.
- Integrate daily security updates in setting up geofences and movement advice/restrictions for staff and drivers.
- Support awareness-raising of drivers to follow the rules, regulations and SOPs
- Monitor and ensure the fleet operation complies with national laws and regulations
- Prepare reports and raise issues such violation of geofences, speed limits, curfews etc. to management
- Record and update distance to various loading points and offloading points
- Update and run CTMS (Corridor Trip Monitoring System) for Sarazi Logistics
- Installation of GPS software units on trucks

Qualifications
- Full Grade Twelve Certificate
- At least 2 years of work experience in a similar position
- Degree in Information Technology or equivalent with knowledge in using mix Tele-Matics
