DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage all daily operations that take place in the companyv  Responsible for planning operations and implementation
• Coordinate with other departments
• Check and monitor documents used in sales and agency
• Solve and manage daily issues that arises during the day
• Help management with departmental information when making future company plans
• Ensure that control measures set by the company are maintained
• Keeping employees motivated and offer appropriate training
• Investigating customer satisfaction and report any issues
• Driving the business to increase profits
• Submit comprehensive monthly reports
• Ensure stock is available in sales and agency departments
• Ensure discipline is maintained in sales and agency department
• Any other duty assigned by the supervisor

QUALIFICATIONS

• Must have a full grade 12 certificate.
• Must have a certificate / diploma in sales and marketing or any relevant field.
• Must have a minimum of 2 years working experience.
• Must be good in written and spoken English
• Proficient in IT
• Having a drivers license will be an added advantage
