Overview
FUNCTION OF DEPARTMENT customer centric, efficient and effective support in the areas of International Resourcing and Contracting, Project related Human Resources issues and the Recruitment of staff and contractors.
MAIN JOB PURPOSE
Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager, this role is responsible to support and assist the Senior Internal Recruitment Business Partner by conducting full cycle recruitment for junior and mid-level staff positions within the organisation. The postholder will also assist with the HR/IR due diligence process, by liaising with relevant stakeholders to carry out necessary checks. The postholder will also be responsible for the advertising and posting of their and other roles that the recruitment team members are working on. The postholder will be expected to assist with project recruitment when there is surge requirement.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES OF JOB
Resourcing and Recruitment/Advertising /Job posting
- Manage the end to end/full-cycle recruitment of junior and mid-level positions
- Ability to use Applicant Tracking Systems, such as Lumesse/ Linked in recruiter to assist with staff and consultant resourcing
- Able to use an appropriate mix of sourcing channels such as LinkedIn recruiter and other job boards
- Negotiating packages with candidates across the globe
- Possess excellent stakeholder and candidate management skills
- Advertising roles on internal and external job portals and managing the response when required
- Assisting the Senior Internal Recruitment Business Partner on regular basis.
- Proactively develop pipelines of talent
- Responsibility for pre-interview screening of candidates
Due diligence
- Responsible for co-ordinating with contractors and staff to obtain relevant documentation (e.g., references, professional qualifications) to ensure compliance with the due diligence process
- Responsible for following-up with contractors in a timely manner to obtain any additional/pending information
General
- Be aware of and adhere to company quality standards and procedures in accordance with the NGO’s commitment to working to the highest quality standards and striving for continual improvement
Safeguarding
- Be aware of and compliant with all the standards following Safeguarding procedures and policies. Promote the NGOs speak up culture in order to protect the welfare of children, young people and vulnerable adults
Any other duties as appropriate to the position, as requested
Qualification
Degree in HR or equivalent
Experience Needed
- Experience of full cycle direct recruitment either in house(preferred) or agency
- Passionate about TA
- Understanding of sourcing and recruiting techniques
- Analytical thinking and well organised
- Ability to organize their work
- Experience in stakeholder management and ability to understand their needs and requirements
- Experience in headhunting, resourcing, and posting jobs on various platforms such as Linkedin Recruiter etc.
- Knowledge of Boolean search
- Ideally, experience in resourcing for roles globally
