Commercial I.T. Services Limited is recruiting for a client support technician to provide IT support and project management services to contract clients.

The desired skills of the candidate include:

• Strong Local Area Network Installation and Configuration experience
  • Network point termination
  • Network point labeling
  • Patching/Racking
• Network Device Configuration – Switches, Routers, Firewalls
  • Understanding of network switching and routing
  • Understanding of access control configuration
• Strong Understanding and Experience with Windows Servers
  • Understanding of Active Directory
  • Windows Server Administration
  • Outlook and Exchange Server
• Virtualization and Cloud Computing Knowledge
  • Good knowledge and experience with Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Office 365, Amazon Webservices or Google Cloud.
  • Basic knowledge of configuration of Virtual Servers with VMWare/HyperV/Citrix
• Experience in a client centered role
  • Helpdesk support/call center/support
  • Report writing

Education

• Bachelor of Science in Computer Science or related field.
• Vendor Specific Certifications especially Office 365, Cisco, HP/Dell/Lenovo
• Proof of continuing professional development
