JOB OPPORTUNITY POSITION: CONSTRUCTION PROJECT SUPERVISOR

REPORTS TO: PROJECT MANAGER

LOCATION: SILVEREST CHONGWE

The Lusaka Vocational and Technical College was opened in 1997 with a mandate of providing technical skills to grade 9 dropouts and Grade 12 school leavers. Lusaka Vocational and Technical College is currently looking for suitably qualified and experienced candidate to take up the position of Construction Project Supervisor

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Planning, hire workers and set goals for the project
• Deliver on time, manage risks and stay on budget
• Evaluating hazards. controlling risks and undertaking regular inspections of the construction works
• Working closely with senior management and stakeholders to ensure a safe and efficient operation site.
• Prepare and submit stage reports to stakeholders

Any other relevant functions assigned by the Contractor.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Full Grade 12 School Certificate with minimum five level credits including English and Mathematics .
• Must have at least a Diploma in Construction
• Possess a grade twelve certificate
• Should be a registered member of EIZ

WORK EXPERIENCE

• At least three (03) years experience at supervision level
