AW Media in Lusaka is looking to hire great graphic designers to add to an existing highly qualified and growing team of marketers, content managers, social media strategists, designers, and programmers.

Join our team as the creator of our design initiatives across selected digital platforms and formats. Your goal is singular, to create beautiful and relevant designs. Your task is to help our clients drive qualified traffic, leads, and sales digitally by creating appropriate high-quality designs.

Is this you?

You are a passionate graphic designer with a picturesque mindset, excellent designing skills as well as an obsession for performance. You possess the heart of an artist with a love for learning, creating, and communication in all forms. You have some experience with social media designs and know how significant social media platforms work. You have a keen eye for design in general. You Know how to work with Adobe Suite; Photoshop and Illustrator.

Typical duties

Typical duties are publications of new pieces of design, be it web design, social media posts, newsletters, blog articles, websites, presentations, and more, such as:

Design beautiful websites
Design social media for community engagement and long-term design promotion.
Premium design production, including ebooks, white papers, webinars, etc.
Creating landing pages and conversion opportunities for lead generation.

Please note:

Your application needs to include a CV, a cover letter, a portfolio as well as the Subject Field: DESIGNER. You should ideally have a minimum of 2 years’ experience as a graphic designer.
