About the role

The Specialist – Warehouse and Distribution provides specialist expertise on the stock reconciliation process for Manufacturing, providing an accurate record of physical inventory reflected in the system and reducing the write on/write off of stock, provide SAP Bulk Product Management for the operations team, support the Asset Management Systems, including Master Blast and IVMS, used by the Operational sites in Manufacturing. THis job should be used to aggregate distribution and warehousing activities.

What you will be doing

Key Accountabilities Executes SAP reconciliation of both RM and finished goods stocktakes at Field Operations and Regional Manufacturing sites Conducts the initial investigation of variances and reporting of such. Ensures the accuracy of SAP Master Data for product Bills of Materials at Field Operations sites and Regional manufacturing sites complies to the AA system for authorisation and formulations Ensures the accuracy/integrity of Operations Procedures and Processes around the Stock Reconciliation Process stored in the DMS Supports MasterBlast User Interface System for Manufacturing through ServiceNow Supports the IVMS system through ServiceNow

What you will bring

BAND F PEOPLE LEADER
* Minimum 7 years experience post qualification.
* Experience leading a team, including building a collaborative approach.
* Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with a range of stakeholders.
* Strong strategic and commercial acumen supported by sound commercial judgement.
* Ability to plan, influence & execute.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills to present strategic logic and recommended pathways, coupled with the ability to present to key stakeholders.

BAND F TECHNICAL SPECIALIST
* Minimum 3 to 6 years experience post qualification.
* Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with a range of stakeholders.
* Strong strategic and commercial acumen supported by sound commercial judgement.
* Ability to plan, influence & execute.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills to present strategic logic and recommended pathways, coupled with the ability to present to key stakeholders.

Role dependent – technical &/or functional business system applications required for tasks (e.g. SAP, SF, Concur, analytics/visualisation tools, engineering software, etc.)

Your qualifications

Insert tertiary qualification required for role (e.g. Accountant must have a tertiary degree in an Accounting discipline, an Engineer must have a tertiary degree in an Engineering discipline)
OR
Technical qualification / legistlative / SHES certification
