Job Description


JOB DESCRIPTION

1. Administration and Human Resources

  • Payroll- Preparing (calculation of overtime and allowances) transferring Salaries.
  • Preparation and execution of company staff contracts.
  • Handling employee concerns and conflicts as well as disciplinary events.
  • Ensuring environmental cleanliness of the office premise is maintained both internal and external
  • Ensuring all compliance documents are in place such as EIZ, NCC, ZPPA, CEEC, PACR A, ZRA, NAPSA, WORKERS COMPENSATION, FIRE CERTIFICATE AND BUSIN ESS LEVY.
  • Assisting with arranging transport for staff members.

2. Finance

  • Handling petty cash
  • Preparation of weekly budgets in the categories of
    • Stock procurement,
    • Administrative and general office requirements
    • Payments to Credit suppliers and service providers.
    • Payroll
  • Receiving and recording all cash, cheque and transfer payments and issuing invoices and receipts.
  • Bank Statement reconciliations
  • Statutory return filing and payments.(NAPSA, PAYE, VAT, NHIMA)
  • Issuing invoices for jobs done.
  • Debt Control

3. Overall reporting

Preparation and submission of:

  • Petty cash reports
  • Updating and reconciling trade/non trade receivables and payables age analyses.
  • Motor Vehicle fuel analysis
  • Purchases and Expenses Working sheets
  • Sales and Job costing schedules
  • Stock Movement analysis
  • Monthly and quarterly Statements of income and Statements of financial position for external accountant’s compilation and finalization.
  • Reconciled directors accounts
  • Fixed asset register
