EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITY

We are looking for a trainable, team player with a willingness to learn and excel in the marketing department as a Marketing Officer. AfriDelivery, an online digital platform, is a fast paced, ever changing business and requires dynamic team players willing to adapt to the times.
Duties:

1. Handle social media accounts – to create and post content, respond to user messages and comments.
2. Partner Relations – To establish and maintain rapport with AfriDelivery suppliers and partners. Update partner information on the AfriDelivery platform. This will include price updates and creation of new stores.
3. Data Analysis – Analyze and interpret AfriDelivery data to understand user trends and behaviours.
4. Respond to User Reviews – Respond to in-app user reviews and provide solutions to complaints.
5. Other Duties – Your position will not be limited to the above. You will have to display agility and willingness to learn.

Essential Skills:

1. Good communication and writing skills.
2. Ability to use Microsoft Word and Excel (or similar programs).
3. Familiarity with handling business pages on Facebook, Instagram and Twitter.
4. Diploma or Degree in the arts or commerce.

Added Skills:

1. Ability to use Photoshop, Canva or other similar programs to edit and create images.
2. Relevant experience in marketing.
