NutriGreen Investment Ltd is a sprouting Agriculture Company in its early growth stage that is involved in Agriculture production, provides Extension service and Market Aggregation.
We are looking for an organized Sales and Marketing intern Manager to assist in the advertising, selling and growing of company’s products, to create competitive advantages and leave an impact on the market space. The Sales and Marketing Manager shall represent the company’s brand and drive strategies to increase product awareness by observing the market behavior, competition, economic preposition, and industry trends. He or she should therefore have strong interpersonal, leadership, communication and e-commerce skills. He/she should also possess an in-depth knowledge and understanding of Agribusiness sales and marketing.
The sales manager should change the Company Sales and marketing narrative with great ability to formulate and implement comprehensive sales strategy, sales plan, customer management and other sales management work. id you are such, details are below:
RESPONSIBILITIES
- To heavily interact with the computer, online marketing across social media platforms with proficiency, with the ability to explain agriculture products with detail and having experience of e-commerce networks.
- Identifying and developing new products with new profitable market opportunities, promoting the company’s existing brands and introducing new products to the market. Implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards.
- Assist Operations manager in management, preparing policies, determining annual and gross-profit plans; identifying marketing opportunities by identifying consumer requirements, targets, goals, objectives and analyzing annual budget plans.
- Conducting of weekly to quarterly market survey and research in relation to competing products and services in the agribusiness industry. Projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products; Meeting marketing/sales operational and financial objectives; Creating a variety of ongoing promotional activities to increase revenues. Scheduling expenditures and ensuring that the sales team meets their quotas and goals.
- Assist Operations manager in finishing account receivables ,apply for customer credit adjustment and also monitor and evaluate staff performance, assist operations manager in providing a professional and excellent level of customer service with existing and new customers.
- Recommending selling prices, monitoring costs, competition, supply and demand; Suggesting system improvements to achieve the company’s marketing goals. Accomplishing marketing, sales and production objectives; Staying current in the agribusiness industry and maintaining personal and professional networks.
- Make sure all staff adheres to company policies and procedures code of conduct, work schedules etc; communicates to all employee related issues, concerns and incidents to Operations manager and CEO.
- Undertake any additional work required by superior, to follow customers and inquire about payments, take frequent trips across the country to expose NutriGreen brands, attend delegated meetings with all stakeholders, partners and all advised meetings. B able fly to neighboring countries where we have partnerships to create new networks, synergys and establishment.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
- Diploma in Marketing, Sales, Agribusiness management, Agriculture Economics, or Business Administration, or related field. A Degree is an added advantage.
- At Least 2 years’ proven experience in marketing and sales.
- Must be computer literate with bias in Excel and Powerpoint presentation
- Understanding and knowledge of sales and marketing in agribusiness.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and creative thinking skills.
- Excellent Social media, e-c0mmerce, communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Knowledge of data analysis and report writing.
- The ability to understand and follow company policies and procedures.
- The ability to work under pressure with very minimal supervision.
- Experience in management may be advantageous.
- This position is 40% office work and 60% field.
- Class C Driver’s Licence is an added advantage

- Aged between 25-30 years
