About Dice Juice Bar

Dice Juice Bar is a social enterprise owned and run by the Sani Foundation. To promote employment for persons with intellectual disabilities, The DICE (Disability Inclusive and Customised Employment) Juice Bar was established in November 2017 as a for-profit social enterprise that aims to create jobs for people who find it hardest to get them as well as raise awareness that disability is not inability

The Dice Juice Bar is a Juice and Smoothie Bar that sells a variety of 100% natural fruit juices and smoothies that are instantly prepared for customers to take away. Our target customers are health-conscious consumers looking for a convenient fast-food alternative. The Juice Bar is run as an eco-friendly social enterprise that emphasizes nutritional value and enriching customers lives.

JOB DESCRIPTION

The Salesperson DICE Juice Bar Kiosk will be responsible for the implementation of all DICE Juice Bar activities at the Kiosk and supply requested orders. The Salesperson is responsible for planning for the shopping list ingredients and snacks for the DICE Juice Bar Kiosk, being aware at all times that all products must be sellable. The profit of the Kiosk is the Salesperson’s highest priority!

Responsibilities

Accountable to Programme Manager for overall leadership, management and performance of the DICE Juice Bar Kiosk.
Ensures that the DICE Juice Bar is always making the highest profit possible.

Sales

Organise the selling of Juice Bar products at the DICE Juice Kiosk and take outside orders.
Ensure that payment is collected for each order and a receipt issued to the customer.
Engage in superior customer service by making Juice bar information readily available.
Maintain traceable good record-keeping by compiling a report on daily sales.
Exhibit superior time management skills and meet sales deadlines

Marketing

Seek client base to find new types of customers and sell to them accordingly.
Explore other possible selling opportunities that are profitable.
Explore and create a plan for engaging the target market.
Make all Juice Bar products and services appealing to the target market.
Suggest new innovative ideas for effective sales of DICE Juice Bar products and new opportunity selling points.

Production

Ensure that ingredients are available for the production of Juice Bar.
Ensure that quality of Juice Bar meets customer expectations.
Receive orders from individual and corporate with customers.
Ensure that orders are produced within a reasonable time in order to satisfy our clientèle.
Plan ahead shopping list for juice bar ingredients considered necessary by clients and management.
Maintain close monitoring Juice Bar ingredients stock and avoid last-minute preparation of shopping list.
Compliance with Statutory Rules.Maintain maximum standards of cleanliness in line with the health and safety rules.
Ensure renewal of food handlers certificates every six months are processed before the expiration date.

Maintenance

Report immediately all maintenance works to management and ensure it is addressed as quickly as possible
