1. AUTOMOTIVE SERVICE TECHNICIAN

Experience: 10–14 Years

Responsible for diagnosing, servicing, repairing, and maintaining vehicles and automotive equipment to high technical and safety standards. Candidates should have extensive hands-on experience, strong diagnostic skills, sound knowledge of modern automotive systems, and the ability to work independently and within a team.

2. DEVELOPMENT, SALES & MARKETING MANAGER

Experience: 5–10 Years

Responsible for developing and implementing business development, sales, and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market presence. The successful candidate should have proven sales and business development experience, strong leadership, negotiation, communication, and customer relationship management skills.

3. AREA OPERATIONS MANAGER

Experience: 8–10 Years

Responsible for managing operations within an assigned area, ensuring operational efficiency, quality service delivery, compliance, and achievement of business targets. Candidates should possess strong leadership, people-management, problem-solving, and performance-management skills.

4. PROCESS OPTIMISATION SPECIALIST

Experience: 8–10 Years

Responsible for analyzing, improving, and standardizing business processes to increase efficiency, reduce costs, improve quality, and enhance overall performance. Candidates should have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proven experience in process improvement and operational optimization.

5. CLUSTER EXECUTIVE

Experience: 3–5 Years

Responsible for coordinating and supporting operations across an assigned cluster, monitoring performance, preparing reports, supporting teams, and ensuring achievement of operational and business objectives. Candidates should be organized, proactive, customer-focused, and results-driven.

6. BUSINESS & MARKETING PROFESSIONAL

Experience: 5–7 Years

Responsible for supporting business growth through marketing, market development, customer relationship management, and business generation initiatives. Candidates should demonstrate strong commercial awareness, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to develop and maintain strong business relationships.

7. PROJECTS CONSULTANT

Experience: 5–7 Years

Responsible for providing professional consultancy and project support from planning through implementation and completion. Candidates should possess strong project management, analytical, stakeholder-management, communication, and reporting skills.

8. DIGITAL MARKETING & SALES SPECIALIST

Experience: 3–5 Years

Responsible for developing and implementing digital marketing and sales strategies to increase brand visibility, generate leads, acquire customers, and support revenue growth. Candidates should have practical experience in digital marketing, social media, online campaigns, lead generation, customer engagement, and sales conversion.

9. FLEET & LOGISTICS MANAGER

Experience: 3–5 Years

Responsible for managing fleet operations, logistics activities, vehicle utilization, maintenance coordination, transportation, scheduling, and cost efficiency. The successful candidate should have strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with experience in fleet management, logistics coordination, compliance, and team supervision.

10. AREA CONSTRUCTION MANAGER

Experience: 3–5 Years

Responsible for overseeing construction activities within an assigned area, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, on time, within budget, and to required quality standards. Candidates should have experience in construction supervision, project coordination, contractor management, health and safety, quality control, and progress monitoring.
