Progress Likobama Consultant Group is recruiting on behalf of our client in the Mining Sector for the following positions:

1. HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER

Location: Chingola, Copperbelt
Salary: K15,000 per month
Start Date: January 2027

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
• Master’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field will be an added advantage.
• Fully paid-up ZIHRM membership is mandatory.
• 5–8 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in the mining or industrial sector.
• Strong knowledge of Zambian labour laws and HR practices.
• Strong leadership, communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Valid Driver’s Licence is required.
• All academic and professional qualifications must be verified/validated by ZAQA where applicable.

2. SAFETY MANAGER

Location: Chingola, Copperbelt
Salary: K15,000 per month
Start Date: January 2027

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree or relevant qualification in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Health and Safety, Safety Management or a related field.
• Relevant professional certification in Occupational Health and Safety will be an added advantage.
• 5–8 years of relevant Safety experience, preferably in the mining or heavy industrial sector.
• Previous managerial or supervisory experience will be an added advantage.
• Strong knowledge of occupational health and safety legislation and mining safety practices.
• Valid Silicosis Certificate/Medical Clearance required.
• Valid First Aid Certificate required.
• Strong leadership, communication, analytical and reporting skills.
• All academic and professional qualifications must be verified/validated by ZAQA where applicable.
