Position: Sales & Distribution Supervisor

National Breweries PLC is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Distribution Supervisor to drive volume growth, customer excellence and distribution effectiveness. The successful candidate will identify market opportunities, execute sales plans, manage customer relationships and ensure efficient distribution operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess market opportunities, identify sales gaps and monitor competitor activity.
• Develop and execute sales and distribution plans to achieve volume and market share targets.
• Generate orders and ensure effective in-market execution.
• Manage distribution processes, routing, scheduling and delivery performance.
• Monitor and report on key sales and distribution KPIs.
• Build strong customer relationships and maintain the corporate image.
• Ensure effective use of sales systems and information management processes.
• Lead performance management and employee development activities.

Minimum Qualifications and Experience

• Graduate Degree in Sales, Marketing or a related business discipline.
• 3+ years’ experience as a Sales & Distribution Supervisor in a similar sales environment.
• Valid Driver’s License.
