Vacancy: Procurement Officer

National Breweries Plc invites applications from suitably qualified, experienced and results-oriented individuals for the position of Procurement Officer.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate procurement activities to ensure continuous availability of materials and services.
• Source suppliers, obtain quotations, evaluate bids and process purchase orders.
• Monitor supplier performance relating to quality, cost and delivery timelines.
• Maintain procurement records, contracts and documentation in compliance with company procedures.
• Prepare procurement reports and identify cost-saving and process improvement opportunities.
• Coordinate with Stores, Production, Engineering and other stakeholders to support operations.

Qualifications and Experience

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Procurement and Supply Chain Management or a related business field.
• Minimum of three (3) years relevant experience in an FMCG environment.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Willingness to work beyond normal hours when required.
