CUSTOMER SERVICE EXECUTIVE

JOB DESCRIPTION

Repro Ltd is seeking a proactive, customer-focused, and results-driven Customer Service Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will serve as the first point of contact for customers and visitors, delivering exceptional customer service while  managing front office operations, customer enquiries, order coordination, and administrative support.

The ideal candidate will build strong customer relationships, resolve enquiries efficiently, support customer retention and revenue growth through excellent service, and ensure a professional and welcoming reception experience.

This role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong organizational abilities, and the capacity to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Customer Service, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in customer service, reception, front office, or sales support.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Experience using CRM or customer  management systems is an added advantage.
  • Experience in the printing, office automation, or business solutions industry will be an added advantage.
