GENERAL MANAGER, LOGISTICS RUNNER, AND MECHANICS

Time Trucking Limited and Time Petroleum Limited, leading companies in Zambia’s transport, logistics, and petroleum industries, invite applications from suitably qualified, experienced, and motivated individuals to fill the following positions:

HEAVY-DUTY TRUCK MECHANICS (3 POSITIONS)

The successful candidates will be responsible for the maintenance, diagnostics, servicing, and repair of heavy-duty trucks and trailers to ensure maximum safety, reliability, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on heavy-duty trucks and trailers.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical faults.
• Carry out preventative maintenance to minimize vehicle downtime.
• Ensure all vehicles meet roadworthiness and safety standards.
• Maintain accurate maintenance and repair records.

Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Heavy-Duty Truck Mechanic.
• Previous experience with a reputable transport company will be an added advantage.
• Strong technical knowledge of heavy-duty trucks and vehicle systems.
• Ability to diagnose faults independently and provide effective repair solutions.
• Hands-on experience working with Volvo and Shacman trucks.
• Sound knowledge and experience working with Cummins engines.
