  1. Claims & Policy Administration Officers × 3 (Temporary / 6 Months)
  2. Claims Clerk × 1
  3. Account Executive – Broker Markets × 1

Locations: Lusaka and Choma

Please note that only candidates who reside in the specified towns are eligible.

1. Claims & Policy Administration Officers × 3

(Temporary | 6 months)

Location: Lusaka & Choma

Job Description

To provide end-to-end administrative support in the Policy Administration and Claims Department.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Diploma in Insurance with 1–3 years’ experience in claims or underwriting.

2. Claims Clerk × 1

Location: Lusaka

Job Description

To support the claims department with front office management, payments, and claims processing, ensuring that the claims are discharged effectively and efficiently.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Diploma in Insurance with 1–3 years’ experience in claims or underwriting.

3. Account Executive – Broker Markets × 1

Location: Lusaka

Job Description

To support Broker Markets with quotations, reports, data input, and filing etc. to ensure effective operations of the business unit.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Diploma in Insurance with 3–5 years’ experience in claims or underwriting.
