To undertake the development, implementation and review of community development programmes in order to enlist stakeholder support in the implementation of rural electrification projects
Responsibility:
Profiling Undertakes effectively profiling of target communities in order to facilitate the design and implementation of community sensitisation programmes.
Sensitisation Undertakes effectively development, implementation and review of community sensitization programmes in order to raise awareness and enlist stakeholder support in the implementation of rural electrification programmes.
Community Committee Undertakes effectively establishment and maintenance of Community Committees in order to enlist stakeholder support in the implementation of rural electrification programmes.
Capacity Building Undertakes effectively implementation capacity building programmes in Community Committees in order to impart skills and knowledge.
Stakeholder Management Undertakes effectively the coordination of the implementation of the stakeholder management plan in order to guide stakeholder engagements.
Cross Cutting Issues Undertakes effectively the mainstreaming of cross cutting issues in project implementation in order to ensure equity and social inclusion.
Quality Management System Undertakes effectively the implementation and maintenance of quality management systems in order to ensure compliance to set standards.
Risk Management Undertakes effectively the preparation and review of the community development risk register in order to ensure effective management of risk.

Qualification Required:

Full Form V/Grade 12 Certificate, Validation Certificate from Zambia Qualifications Authority (ZAQA), Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work or its equivalent
