Technical Support Lead – Fiscalisation Integrations
ROLE CONTEXT
Our client is establishing and scaling fiscalisation solutions for the Zambia market, supporting products such as Fiscal Cloud Portal, RevPOS, Print Driver, Excel E-Invoicing Add-in, DLL Library, ASP.Net Web Service, and related ZRA Smart Invoice integrations.
The Technical Support Lead will support the successful setup, rollout, client adoption, and ongoing operation of the Zambia fiscalisation business in line with ZRA requirements, commercial targets, and client service expectations.
ROLE PURPOSE
To provide technical leadership, hands-on implementation support, escalation management, and quality control across client installations and product integrations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead technical troubleshooting for integrations, Print Driver, and RevPOS
- manage client onboarding installations
- coordinate with Developers in ZW for escalations
- maintain environment config docs
- mentor junior techs
- perform client site visits
- Support pilot client onboarding, ZRA transmission testing, product UAT, and documentation of Zambia-specific workflows.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
- Windows Server
- networking (TCP/IP
- VPN
- firewalls)
- C# / .NET basics
- SQL (MSSQL/MySQL)
- cloud platforms (Azure basics)
- POS/ERP integration knowledge
- ZRA API familiarity
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
- Degree/Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Networking, or related field.
- 5+ years in technical support, systems integration, client implementation, or infrastructure support.
- Experience in ICT, software, ERP, POS, SaaS, fintech, fiscalisation, or regulated technology solutions will be an added advantage.
