Position Summary

Lead, motivate, and develop your team to deliver outstanding performance and exceptional customer experiences every day.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and motivate Call Centre Agents to achieve individual and team targets.
• Monitor performance, provide feedback, and conduct regular performance reviews.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards, policies, and procedures.
• Monitor calls and promote excellent customer service.
• Prepare reports and analyze team performance to drive improvement.
• Manage daily operations, schedules, and team activities.
• Identify training needs and support continuous learning and development.

Minimum Qualifications & Requirements

• Grade 12 Certificate
• Diploma in any relevant field
• Ability to communicate effectively in English and local languages relevant to the respective region
• Ability to work under pressure
• Strong sales and customer engagement skills
• Proactive and adaptable mindset
• Good problem-solving abilities
• Valid driver’s licence and reliable means of transport
