AVAILABLE POSITIONS
2.0 Business Centre Officer (1 Position)
Manage retail services, financial transactions and student support services.
Key Responsibilities:
Process mobile money and agency banking transactions accurately
Balance cash floats and reconcile daily transactions
Manage sales of stationery, uniforms and merchandise
Maintain stock records and manage replenishment
Ensure proper product display and organization
Provide photocopying, printing, scanning, binding, and related services
Handle embroidery and branding services as per customer needs
Requirements and Qualifications:
Grade Twelve (12) Certificate
Certificate or Diploma in Business Administration, Information Technology, Graphic Design, Marketing, Banking and Finance, or any other related field
Minimum of one (1) year practical experience in Agency Banking and Mobile Money operations, including cash handling, processing customer transactions and compliance with operational procedures.
Minimum of one (1) year experience in Graphic Design and Embroidery, with the ability to operate relevant design software and embroidery equipment will be added advantage.
2.0 Cashiers (2 Positions)
Key Responsibilities:
Process cash, mobile money, card, and digital payments via POS systems
Issue receipts and accurately manage transaction records
Maintain stock sheets and sales records
Report cash variances and stock discrepancies promptly
Ensure compliance with financial controls and procedures
Deliver accurate and efficient payment processing and customer service.
Produce accurate regular and adhoc reports
Requirements and Qualifications:
Grade Twelve (12) Certificate
Certificate or Diploma in a Business course
Certificate or Diploma in finance will be an advantage
1year experience in catering or Supermarket
Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment
Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
Team player with leadership potential
