One of our NGO clients has engaged Brilliance Executive Management Consultancy Limited (BEMCONSULT) to recruit targeting candidates from Zambia’s NGO sector with WASH project experience.

Job Purpose

The Hygiene Promotion Specialist will lead hygiene behaviour change interventions in communities and institutions.

Summary of Key Responsibilities:

• Develop hygiene promotion strategy
• Develop a Sanitation Marketing Strategy
• Identify and propose interventions for hygiene promotion in communities, schools and HCFs
• Lead training of hygiene promoters, Community Champions, WASH Clubs and MHM Committees in participatory hygiene promotion approaches
• Coordinate with the MEAL Officer to conduct school WASH mapping activities
• Coordinate implementation of MHM and sanitation marketing activities
• Monitor and document adoption of positive hygiene behaviour
