Creative Designer / Visual Execution Lead (1)

Location: Lusaka, Zambia

NTEMBA24 is looking for a highly creative, organized and detail-oriented Creative Designer / Visual Execution Lead to join our Brand & Creative Unit. The successful candidate will be responsible for producing high-quality campaign artwork, store visuals, packaging designs and other marketing materials aligned with company brand standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Design campaign posters, banners and promotional materials
• Prepare print-ready files for production
• Create store signage, price tags and POS materials
• Develop packaging artwork, catalogs and lookbooks
• Adapt designs across multiple formats and sizes
• Maintain organized design files and asset libraries
• Deliver creative work within strict timelines

Requirements

• Experience in graphic design or retail marketing design
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite or equivalent
• Good understanding of print production and layout design
• Strong creativity with attention to detail
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Experience in packaging or retail design is an added advantage
