Spectrum Credit Limited is seeking a dynamic, results-oriented Team Leader to join our growing team in Lusaka. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising and motivating a team to achieve set performance targets while maintaining excellent customer service standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and guide team members to meet daily and monthly targets.
• Monitor individual and team performance, providing feedback and coaching where necessary.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Prepare performance reports and recommend strategies for improvement.
• Foster a positive work environment and encourage teamwork.

Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum of a Diploma in Business Administration, Banking & Finance, or a related field.
• Proven leadership skills with at least 2 years of experience in a supervisory role (preferably in the financial sector).
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
