Chief Financial Officer

Richmond Finance Limited
Lusaka, Zambia

Richmond Finance Limited is seeking a Chief Financial Officer to lead financial management, reporting, and compliance across the Richmond Group. This is a strategic role working closely with the CEO and Board of Directors.

Investment opportunities Zambia

Key Requirements:

• Degree in Accounting or Finance; Master’s/MBA desirable
• ACCA, CIMA, CA Zambia, or CPA qualification; ZICA membership required
• 7+ years in finance, with 3+ years in senior management
• Experience in regulated financial services (microfinance, banking, insurance, or securities)
• Deep knowledge of IFRS, Zambian tax law, and BOZ prudential regulations
