Maintenance & Compliance

Fuel & Tracker Monitoring

• Produce weekly exception reports.

Trip Planning & Optimisation

• Approve all trips prior to dispatch.
• Optimise loads and minimise empty running.
• Coordinate with factories, warehouses, and sales teams.

Reporting to RBM

• Weekly: fleet availability, breakdowns, fuel vs benchmark, violations.
• Monthly: cost per km, maintenance cost, tyre life, utilisation.
• Quarterly: fleet replacement and CAPEX recommendations.

Key KPIs

• Fleet availability > 90%
• Fuel efficiency within benchmark
• Reduced downtime and emergency repairs
• Accurate spare-parts reconciliation
• Full trip approval compliance

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Logistics, Mechanical, Transport, or Fleet Management
