JOB OPPORTUNITY: CALL CENTRE AGENTS

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• A Diploma in any relevant field

• Previous work experience in any field or a call centre or customer service environment

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work under pressure and meet performance targets

• Must be able to work with Microsoft Excel

• Possess a typing speed of 20 or more words per minute

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls

• Provide accurate information and quality customer service

• Log and escalate customer queries where necessary

• Meet daily and monthly performance KPIs

• Maintain professional conduct at all times
