About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Odoo Implementation Specialist with strong development capabilities and solid functional understanding of business processes, especially Accounting and ZRA Smart Invoicing requirements.

In this role, you will lead Odoo implementation projects for clients, translate business needs into technical solutions, and build custom modules that streamline operations.

This is a hybrid role—part developer, part functional consultant, ideal for someone who enjoys both coding and working directly with clients.

What You Will Do

Odoo Development

Build, customize, and extend Odoo modules using Python, XML, and Odoo ORM.
Develop integrations between Odoo and third-party applications (APIs, payments, HR systems, etc.).
Configure and implement ZRA Smart Invoicing & E-Invoicing within Odoo.
Maintain and optimize existing Odoo deployments.
Perform unit testing, debugging, and performance tuning.
Odoo Implementation & Functional Work

Work closely with clients to analyse workflows, gather requirements, and design Odoo-based solutions.
Configure core Odoo apps: Accounting, Sales, Inventory, HR, POS, CRM, Projects, etc.
Prepare functional documentation, SOPs, and user manuals.
Deliver user training and provide post-implementation support.
Participate in scoping sessions, demos, and solution design workshops.
What We’re Looking For

Essential Qualifications

Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Accounting, or related field.
Strong hands-on experience with Odoo (v13–v17 preferred).
Ability to develop custom modules using Python, XML, JavaScript.
Strong understanding of Odoo ORM, views, workflows, and module architecture.
Experience working with PostgreSQL.
Familiarity with business processes, especially Accounting, Inventory, and Sales.
Experience using Git for version control.
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Preferred

Experience implementing ZRA Smart Invoicing or other government e-invoicing systems.
Working knowledge of Linux environments.
Experience with front-end customization using JS, HTML, and CSS.
Prior involvement in end-to-end ERP deployments.
