To assist in delivering and monitoring work hardening, conditioning, and pain management programs, while facilitating effective employee return-to-work processes across Kansanshi and Sentinel mine sites.

What You’ll Do:

  • Support the implementation and monitoring of work rehabilitation programs to ensure successful return-to-work outcomes
  • Assist with coordination of multidisciplinary teams and manage follow-ups for employees in rehabilitation
  • Assist in delivering and monitoring work hardening, conditioning, and pain management group programs
  • Track program participation, progress, and compile reports for evaluation and continuous improvement
  • Facilitate communication between rehabilitation teams, medical providers, HR, and site stakeholders
  • Help identify and escalate complex cases requiring specialized intervention
  • Support the Coordinator in administrative duties, training, and updating rehabilitation protocols

What We’re Looking For:

  • Grade 12 Certificate
  • Degree in Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, or related allied health field (preferred)
  • Experience or certification in functional capacity assessment, work rehabilitation, or pain management is a plus
  • Experience or certification in group exercise instruction
  • Strong organizational, communication, and coordination skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively across multidisciplinary teams

Detail-oriented with good data management and reporting capabilities
