We are looking for a Security Guard in a Serviced Apartment complex in Ibex Hill. We are looking for a dedicated and professional Security Guard to join our team. If you take pride in vigilance, guest / tenant safety, and maintaining a secure environment, we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Monitor and patrol the premises regularly

2. Control access to the property and verify visitors

3. Respond promptly to security incidents or emergencies

4. Ensure the safety of guests, staff, and property at all times

5. Record daily activity reports and incidents

6. Conduct security checks of common areas and apartments when required

7. Liaise with management on all security-related matters

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar security role (hospitality industry is a plus)

Physically fit and alert with excellent observational skills

Strong sense of integrity and responsibility

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Clear criminal record (Police clearance will be required)

Professional demeanor and well-spoken in English and local languages

Must be able to work night or day shifts, including weekends and holidays
