Job Overview: We are seeking dynamic and results-drivenWorkshop Manager to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the workshop, ensuring timely and high-quality vehicle servicing and repairs
• Supervise workshop staff including mechanics, technicians, and support personnel.
• Ensure all jobs are executed according to technical standards and company policies.
• Monitor job cards, workflow, and productivity to optimize efficiency.
• Coordinate with the parts department to ensure the availability of spare parts for repairs.
• Maintain accurate records of repairs, inventory, and customer interactions.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly and professionally.
• Report on workshop performance, budgets, and KPIs to senior management.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Technology, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in workshop management, preferably in commercial vehicle servicing.
• Proven leadership and people management skills.
• Strong knowledge of truck/bus mechanical systems, diagnostics, and maintenance procedures.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and workshop management systems.
• Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Valid driver’s license.
