Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable, customer-friendly, and trainable Internet Café Attendant to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, basic knowledge of printing and photocopying services, and a positive attitude toward assisting clients. This role is ideal for someone looking to grow their skills in a fast-paced, digital environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Welcome and assist customers with internet, printing, photocopying, and scanning services

Operate and maintain printing and photocopying machines

Ensure cleanliness and organization of the internet café

Monitor equipment usage and report any issues

Provide excellent customer service and support

Perform basic troubleshooting and escalate technical issues when necessary

Qualifications & Requirements:

Grade 12 certificate (minimum)

Certificate in Information Technology or related field is an added advantage

Ability to speak fluent English and at least one local language

Basic knowledge of computer operation, printing, and photocopying

• Must live within or near Kitwe Town Centre
