Fifteen MCC Africa Construction and Trade Limited is urgently looking a qualified Human Resource Officer to be based in Mumbwa.

Key Responsibilities:

-Preparation of monthly payroll and monitoring employee attendance sheets.
-Submitting monthly returns such as NAPSA and NHIMA.
-Implement HR policies, practices, and procedures, and ensure compliance with legal laws.
-Drafting of job advertisements for vacant jobs, screening applications, shortlisting, interviewing and selecting candidates.
-Participating in recruitments, review contracts and renewals to ensure all records are up to date.

-Maintain up-to-date and accurate staff records and filing system.

Qualifications

-Full grade 12 certificate, Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or any related discipline. A Bachelor’s degree will be an added advantage
-Must be a paid-up member of Zambia Institute of Human Resource Management
-3 years proven work experience in a similar role
-Experience with office management software like MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, specifically) and office equipment.
