We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Kitwe. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting the sales team, ensuring smooth operations, and maintaining excellent customer service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and issue invoices to all customers accurately and on time.
• Assist in the preparation of tenders and quotations, including support for day-to-day client quote requests.
• Manage supplier and vendor registration processes.
• Coordinate and submit supplier tenders in a timely manner.
• Conduct age analysis reports for sales representatives (debtors tracking).
• Handle quotation requests via email, phone, and on behalf of field sales reps.
• Process customer orders received by phone, email, or mail, ensuring pricing and discounts are correctly applied.
• Address and resolve customer complaints professionally and efficiently.
• Respond to leads from Karcher and provide timely quotations.
• Answer client inquiries related to accounts or product information.
• Manage urgent communications when sales representatives are unavailable.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless sales and delivery processes.
• Handle all correspondence between the company and its customers.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a sales support or coordination role is an advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM systems and sage.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
