At Rentons we are seeking a highly motivated person to Conduct property and Land Sales in Mkushi, inspections and prepare Real Estate Sales Officer with a positive attitude, willingness to sale small holdings plots in mkushi and meet sales Targets.

Conduct property viewings and facilitate the organisation transactions on behalf of clients

REQUIREMENTS

• Prepare and review contracts, agreements, sales mandate for Mkushi plots and other legal documents
• Bachelor’s Degree in Real Estate
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Coordinate property marketing activities including online listings and advertising
• Previous experience in Sales and Marketing , valuation, real estate sales
• Assist with Property Management tasks, such leasing or property management is preferred
• Strong knowledge of valuation methodologies and as tenant screening, rent collection and industry standards property maintenance coordination
• Perform administrative duties including data
• Knowledge of Real Estate industry practices in Zambia entry, file management
• Excellent organisational and time management and client correspondence abilities
• Ability to prioritise work assignments to meet deadlines
• Valid driver’s license will be an added advantage
