Locations: Lusaka x 2 and Ndola x 1

Job Purpose:

• To provide extension services and sell Supra Animal Feed to customers.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Ensure a safe workplace environment without risk to health.
• Give technical advice to customers through farm visits and via phone.
• Sales and market Supra Animal Feed products.
• Attend to all customer complaints/problems within the shortest stipulated time.
• Assist the operations manager with branding and advertising issues.
• Organize and conduct seminars.
• Organize and attend agriculture shows.
• Recommend opening of depots and agencies to the Sales and Operations Manager.
• Monitor market trends and report to the Sales and Operations Manager on the market’s updated prevailing situation (surveys).
• Complete the customer visit form for every customer visit and ensure updated customer cards.
• Ensure constant checks with customers on product performance and collect necessary data for performance monitoring.
• Carry out any other tasks assigned by superiors.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Grade 12 school certificate.
• Diploma in Livestock Production or a similar field.
• At least 3 years of recent and relevant experience in a similar role.
• Skilled in providing advice to managers/supervisors.
• Experience in formulating, implementing, and revising good sales and marketing practices.
• Valid Driver’s license.

Work Environment:

• Travel Requirements: 90% fieldwork and 10% office work preparing reports.
• Hours of Work: Normal day shift operations / 24 hours on call.
